I enjoy spending any free time I have out in the mountains of Colorado. I do a lot of day hikes anywhere from 3-16 miles usually. I also enjoy getting out and camping whether it be backpacking or 4-wheeling in, any way I can get away from civilization. I do have some backpacking goals. I'd like to spend some time on the Continental Divide Trail as well as the Appalachian Trail, unfortunately my job restricts me from spending a large time at once on them, but if I could get out on them for a week or so and try to section hike parts of them that would be great. I would like to hike the entire section of the Continental Divide Trail in Colorado and since its almost in my backyard it would be a more realistic goal. I do plan on to start doing 14ers, I have done some 13ers though.
