John Compisi

Life long passion for travel and adventure since my earliest days.  Originally from Western New York, my wife Linda and I have lived in Northern California for over 20 years and settled in the Sonoma County Wine Country.  Have lived in Japan, Germany, Hawaii, Michigan, New York, Rhode Island, Kansas, Ohio and Virginia. Vacation and work travel have taken me to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Monaco, Greece, Mexico, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Australia.  In the United States, favorite travel destinations have been Las Vegas, Sedona, Lake Michigan's eastern coast line, Virginia's historic triangle, Newport Rhode Island, New Orleans and, in California, Monterey, Carmel, Tahoe, Mendocino, Paso Robles and Santa Barbara.  My favorite activities are hiking, biking, skiing, snow shoeing, kayaking and traveling.  Having said all that, my favorite places remain Italy, Hawaii and Sonoma County.
