About

I've been a lobbyist and advocate at American Hiking Society, an Appalachian Trail Section hiker and a professional tea-maker among other things!

My role at Trailspace is helping the brands that make outdoor gear get in front of our audience with targeted advertising campaigns.

I've dedicated myself getting out more often, and helping others enjoy the outdoors. I'm honored to serve on the Boards of Directors of The Four Corners School of Outdoor Education, The Amazing Earthfest, Grand-Staircase-Escalante Partners, and the Maine Chapter of International Appalachian Trail/Sentier International des Appalaches. I do consulting work for the Pacific Crest Trail Association and have consulted for Katadyn too.

I'm based on the east coast right now, and am very interested in car-free backpacking, combining bike touring with backpacking to reduce my carbon impact, and see more cool stuff.
