Pros
- It doesn't break
- Lifetime limited warranty
- Two-day shipping if bought directly from manufacturer
- Excellent customer service
Cons
- The front strap connecting the two shoulder straps sometimes comes disconnected.
My summer camp bought 60 of them. In two years nothing broke except the front connector strap. Not because it was built badly, but because some of the campers over tightened it.
