Dana Design Terraframe LTW

rated 5.0 of 5 stars

Dana Design is no longer in business, and the Terraframe LTW has been discontinued. If you're looking for something new, check out the best expedition packs for 2024.

I've owned a gregory lassen for two years and was never satisfied with the fit and ease of use with the pockets. I did a lot of research and tried on a dozen different packs, finally deciding on dana's new terraplane LTW which is lighter than its conterpart the regular teraplane. This pack is the most comfortable pack I've used easily carring loads up to fifty pounds. The main features that make this pack so easy to use are the two long vertical pockets, even with the interior totally loaded these pockets give great room for need to get to items without having to go into the main compartment. After several weekends and a weeklong trip in the BWCA, I'm highly impressed the load carring comfort and the ease of use.
