Watertown Sport Sandals

rated 4 of 5 stars Lightweight, go anywhere sandals. Great fit. These are very good sandals for hiking without a pack, no extra weight. Do not offer enough support when hiking with a full pack. Fit is true to size, both length and width. Traction in all categories is very good. Full review

rated 5 of 5 stars I've had these boots for 5 years and just this winter they finally leaked a little. I wear them everyday in the wet/cold season training sled dogs. They are a little heavy, but in 5 winters my feet have not been cold or wet, am desperately trying to find them again, best boot I've ever had!! Full review

Northfield Winter Pac Boots

rated 4 of 5 stars These boots are warm no doubt. I look forward to tromping through soggy, slushy snow, or spring time trail funk. These boots are definitely comfortable. Now the reason for the missing star, the sizes run a bit small. They could use an insole also. The included liner is awesome, warm and supportive, but the arch support is lacking. Also the sole is perfect for clamping on snow shoes, or crampons, and work perfectly for ice cold dirt. Only prob, the sole is to hard for packed ice and snow and gives… Full review

Mount Logan

rated 4 of 5 stars Good overall top grain leather boot. Got it on sale at Sierra Trading Post. Great value at this price point. Great support and very nice vibram sole with loads of traction. Lacing eyelets are durable. Lacing hooks could be improved upon but not enough to warrant any complaints yet. Waterproof is good up above the ankle because the tongue separates from the rest of the boot at that point. tested it by walking into creeks. Didn't not really need to break-in but did it anyways out of habit and use. Full review

rated 5 of 5 stars I love these boots! They are the most comfortable shoes/boots I have ever owned. Great on the trail and just working around the yard. I have had them for over 2 years and want another pair, but can't find the same model. I truly believe they are the most comfortable boot I have owned in the last 25 years of hiking. Full review
