Keen Men's Gypsum II Waterproof Mid

rated 1.0 of 5 stars
photo: Keen Men's Gypsum II Waterproof Mid hiking boot

I will not recommend it for hiking if you dislike having wet feet at the end of the day.

Pros

  • Nice design
  • Wide foot
  • High foot support

Cons

  • Not breathable at all
  • Very hot
  • Sole glue is questionable, already starting to detach

These boots are looking good, but totally unsuitable for traveling or hiking, not best choice for wearing everyday way.

The biggest disadvantage is ability to breathe. They just don't breathe at all.

I tried my brand new boots three days ago and after three hours of waking in park my legs were wet, not little bit but socks full of water and boot's inner was also wet inside. Right now it is 4-7 celsious degree, I can not imagine how bad it will be at spring or summer time.

It happens after three days of use, about 15,000-18,000 steps in total in parks and on flat surface.
