Alaska: From the steepest cliffs to rock ledges and mountain slopes, I hunt critters that are at home in the most inaccessible reaches in our state: Alaska's Dall Sheep and Mountain Goat. As two of Alaska's best mountain climbers, in order for me to be successful I have to have the right boots to make the climb.

These boots have helped me fill tags and freezers. I highly recommend these boots to anyone for a solid hunting boot!

Pros

  • Very comfortable

Cons

  • Issue with rubber peeling off where its stuck to the leather

Second pair of Lowa GTX Extreme in three months, and same problem with the rubber around the edge starting to peel off. Not good for the price I paid.
