I do lots of camping in a river canyon. About the time you are ready to start dinner, the wind starts blowing. It's just like clock work where I go.

I've used this cooking tent for about 8 years with great results. It protects the flame from going out, and it keeps all the dirt off of your meal. Sets up in seconds. It's the real deal!
