Definitely a jacket on the solid side. Made in Norway, this firm, sturdy three-layer Gore-Tex jacket is perfect for long-haul trekking and climbing in rugh weather. Although this one has mostly been used as a skiing jacket in all kinds of really mean, shitty Norwegian west coast-weather. Excellent, roomy hood, nice fit, although a few extra pockets could be added. When wet, the velcro wrappings around the wrists also have a tendency to loosen up a bit. But all in all, a great jacket, designed by people who know everything about traveling in the high mountains.

Nice climbing jacket, skiing and hiking jacket. Very great comfort. The jacket breathes very well, in cold and hot conditions. Also under hard work. Very good quality.

A great jacket, very tough and suited for all kinds of physical activities. The hood is also among the best I've seen.

Just darn expensive.
