Tribe Pilot App

This is an app to organize and plan your next adventure. It's meant to surface all the details so they don't get lost in email, or chat threads. Think of it as combining chat, email, and google docs. Some advanced notes and listing features allow you to make meal plans, divvy up gear, and organize the group. A chat window ensures communication happens inside the app and not through 3 different channels.

If you find yourself constantly taking up the reigns as trip planner, and are responsible for putting the trip plan together for your friends, Tribe Pilot was built for you. It’s the only trip-building app (mobile and tablet only) that lets tripmates create, store, edit, and share all the details of a group adventure in a single online location.

With Tribe Pilot, everything related to your trip lives in one shared place, so all your buddies have mobile access to the same information about your trip at the same time. Trip dates, schedules, locations, activities, maps and route plans, gear and food lists, and more all live in the Tribe Pilot app, and in-app chat makes it easy to keep all trip-related conversations in one place. It works offline so you can take it with you into the backcountry.

New features are being added to Tribe Pilot as this young app grows—and they will need it in order to tackle the bigger outdoor audience. I would love to see more advanced mapping and route picking, photo sharing after the trip, maybe a cost splitter. This app is good, but if they keep going it could be a critical addition to my trips.  

Oh and they are a Benefits Corporation with a social mission to capture carbon out of the atmosphere.
