Purchased from Walmart a First-Up 10x10. The wind caught it once and broke one of the cross members at the pivot point.
Pros
- Ease to set up
Cons
- Non-existent phone customer service and no replacement parts identification and no part availability.
Tried to get a replacement strut, but unable to find a parts list online. Northpoleltd.com is the manufacturer and when I tried their 800 number in the U.S.A. I got nothing but sales pitch recordings on every other thing China sells under the sun.
I will try to repair with a solid steel strut I'll make myself.
