Super comfortable men's or women's walking skirt.

Pros

  • Comfortable fabric
  • 1" longer rear length
  • Flat waistband, comfortable under pack hipbelt
  • Pockets hold iPhone 7
  • Holds shape well
  • Excellent range of motion

Cons

  • No flat drawstring
  • Material colors fade some after several washes
  • Few color choices
  • Hem turns up after washing

Great men's or women's walking skirt, especially nice for men. Wear skirt size XL, which weighs 192g (6.7 oz) and has a 44.5 cm (17.5 in) side seam. Am 6'2", 225 lbs., pants size 38" / 32". When resting on my hips where I normally wear my pants, skirt is about 7.5 cm (3 in) above my knee—just right for striding.

The TENCEL fabric feels great. Material is super soft, moves well with motion, and hangs nicely. Been wearing the skirt during morning exercise walks, all day around the office, working outside on the ranch, and when running errands in town. It feels just as good at the end of the day as when I put it on in the morning.

Front drop-in pockets are a decent depth, holding my iPhone 6s pretty securely in one pocket and my wallet in the other. Waistband is comfortable under backpack hip belt. I like the slightly longer rear length.

After several washings, the Ikat color remains looking good, but you will notice some color fade. Hope this skirt stays around, and being offered in more colors, 2 cm deeper pockets, and with a flat drawstring in the elastic waist.

Have received several good comments when meeting other hikers on local trails. Two guys asked where they could get one!
