Smartbottle
Very lightweight and soft; I was surprised by the texture and material at first. I fell in love with how lightweight and space-saving it was. I hate the normal plastic water bottle carry ring since they are unremovable. This silicone carry ring can be removed, which is a big plus for me.
Pros
- Very lightweight
- Carry ring
- Affordable
- Dishwasher safe
Cons
- Need to buy 3
- Small mouth
- Non-insulated

The biggest disadvantage is the small mouth, which makes cleaning more challenging. However, it is dishwasher safe. As long as you are not using it to drink smoothies or drinks containing pulp, it is very easy to clean.
Also, the bottle is made in Canada (compared to others, which are usually made in China). I hope they can be purchased as a single unit. However, it has to be purchased in a bundle of 3 or 6. Although I can choose to buy different sizes/colors in that bundle, I would prefer to buy a single unit to start with.
Very lightweight compared to glass or insulated water bottles. It also does not keep your drinks warm or cold since it is not insulated.
The price is very affordable; I got 10% off my first purchase: $40 for 3 bottles.
Background
used it for 4 months

Pros
- Weight
Cons
- Won't work for 28mm water filters
Have talked to them.
Weights:
- Smartbottle XL (1 litre): 62.5g + 7g (Carry Ring) = 69.5g
- Smartbottle Large (750ml): 56g + 7g (Carry Ring) = 63g
- Smartbottle Medium (500ml): 35.5g + 7g (Carry Ring) = 42.5g
- Smartbottle Carry Ring: 7g
- Smartbottle Classic Cap: 8.5g
They all have a 35mm screw-on neck, so won't work for 28mm water filters.
But not cheap.
