photo: Teva Kenetic Circuit sport sandal

Best sport sandals I’ve ever had. Did my first walking 5K with them and hiked thru parks. I, too, wore them from the first issue back in 1990, I think. When I heard they were going to be discontinued I got four pairs. Found a barely used pair later on eBay and used them till soles died then gave them to a shoe collection charity. I figured they could do something with them because the upper part still had plenty of life.

I have two pair of Teva XLT Hurricanes and they are great, but they can’t compare to good old Teva Kinetics. Why is it that so many products nowadays rise to a peak of quality and construction and then slowly degrade into inferiority?😥😥😡😡

Pros

  • Quality
  • Comfort
  • Durability
  • Great for hiking ANYWHERE

Cons

  • UNAVAILABILITY !!!!!

EVERYTHING!!! Quality construction and durability. Extremely comfortable, adjustable, and supportive so that you can hike or walk for miles all day without killing your feet.

Wore them on hikes, 5Ks, walking for miles through state and national parks with my walking club. BEST SPORT SANDALS I’VE EVER HAD!! I have four pairs that I got when I heard they were going to be discontinued.

No other Teva sandals match these, including my two pairs of Teva Hurricane XLTs.

Background

I have used them for hiking thru local and national parks, 5K walks, daily wear, and at the beach.

Price Paid: $70- $89 I think

This is the nicest sandal for people who have any type of foot problems. The original one made by Teva was superior, the fit was true and extremely comfortable. I have neuropathy and arthritis in my rt foot and most shoes are uncomfortable but that sandal was amazing.

I was working as an RN at the time and wore those sandals even in the winter, I still have them but are getting a little ratty. The new Kenetic sandal does not fit as well on narrow feet(which I have) and you need a size larger. It is alright.

If you are lucky enough to wear a size 5 or 6 Foot Smart has that original sandal on clearance for 30 dollars a real steal because the new ones are running 85 dollars. Jan

For nearly 20 years I have depended upon Teva Kinetic Circuits to keep me walking pain free despite severe ankle pronation problems and I am so upset that they have been discontinued. The sandals are indestructible -- comfortable, fast drying, all around excellent for anyone with foot problems.

What will we do without them!!!!
