We biked 1 year in Asia under heavy rain with this tent and it was amazing how it was good! Waterproof as you want it to be! Probably the best part of our gear we bought!

I bought this tent about a year ago and have used it several times so far. It is a great product. This tent is very durable and easy to set up. With 2 people it takes maybe 2 minutes to set it up. That includes taking off your pack and pulling it out of the pack.

I have used this tent several times in the rain from light sprinkles to downpours and not one time has it leaked. It is very sturdy and holds up to wind quite well. It offers an awesome sleep if it is breezy with no chance of precipitation. The mesh walls keep the bugs out but let the breeze in. Also comfortably sleeps two if one of you is somewhat small.

A great tent in my opinion.

Let me start off by saying that this an excellent tent. I bought the same one for one of my cousins for his graduation present.

I have one question though. My cousin lost the directions on how to set it up and I was wondering where I could find him a replacement or where he could go on the internet to find some? Since I don't live close to him I am unable to show him how to do it. I tried The North Face's site but it is down at the time. Any thoughts?

I start using this tent to go to Roraima Montain, South of Venezuela. I was needing an ultra light tent suitable for just one person and my equipment. I decided Vector 22 because of weight and frankly speaking was the expensive option available at the store the day I was there to buy. I you want to be well equipped you have to pay for.

Second day at the montain a huge rain, for more than 5 hours falls over my tent..never see the water inside the tent. The tent is great because no condensation arises on ceiling neither walls. Zips are very good and you can repack the tent without taking so much care of how you fold. I just bought foot print for this tent at the North Face store in Hong Kong...I frankly recommend this product.
