Vango Storm 200+

rated 4.5 of 5 stars

This tent has a very large storage area. It seems to be larger than the sleeping compartment! The storage area is actually split between two doors. Each at the person's side as they sleep.

Packed with nice little features (too many to mention!).

It has a green fly sheet and a dark orange colour inner material. This actually makes it quite dark inside, nice if you like to sleep in the dark!

The inners groundsheet truly is a bathtub! You have to actually step into the inner, over the lip that manages to hold itself up with the door open.

This is THE ideal tent for me, a scout leader who does some walking. Big enough for scout camps and all the gear that entails yet light enough for two people to carry.

Okay for one to set up, easy for two. Simple structure, colour-coded poles. V stable in wind if all guys used. Good temperature control using separate zipped mesh windows, storage area for each occupant either side of inner, with individual zipped entry/exit is brilliant, esp. for those who often need to get up in the night!

Good ground sheet, nice and dry in heavy dew. Lots of flaps, clips, pockets etc. Packs small, can split inner and fly load for two if backpacking.
