Great and dependable company makes outdoors specific watch very well.

This aesthetically pleasing looking tool type watch is solar powered and has altimeter and compass functions.
The nicest feature though is the toughness of the movement and the dependability of the basic time keeping. The fit and finish of the case and dial and attention to detail of the strap and buckle are top quality for this price range.
Background
The compass works perfectly. The altimeter is a little not exact...but measures as well as your $750. G shock, which I'm assuming uses the same type of sensor.
