Terracruise II

rated 2 of 5 stars Ecco cheaped out on the redesign. They cheaped out. The original Terracruise was a much better shoe. Better materials and design. The original shoe was a favorite for light and mid-range hikes, 2-10 miles. The big issue for me is the now non-elastic ankle padding. It slips back and forth, instead of hugging the ankle, rubbing your ankle raw after just a few miles. You can tell the shoe is cheaply made, compared to its predecessor.  Full review

Terracruise II

rated 4.5 of 5 stars A super ventilated, well-structured trail running shoe that easily works for hiking and backpacking. Like many Western hikers and backpackers, I am a proponent of using trail running shoes for hiking and backpacking due to their lightweight and excellent traction. Ecco shoes have long been a favorite of mine as they are super comfortable and fit my foot shape well. At first glance, I… Full review

Biom Hike GTX 1.7

rated 4 of 5 stars Tall hiking boots. Comfortable out of the box with no need for breaking in, but they are not as tough as they should be. In the US the picture is clearer because the mid… Full review

A style which I can wear for both style and function. ECCO has always been a good fit for me and they wear extremely well. So, when I came across this walking shoe… Full review

Exceed Low

rated 4.5 of 5 stars These are an extremely comfortable shoe. Great cushion and stability for urban hiking. The Ecco Exceed Low is a great shoe for traveling and around town. From the sole to the laces this Ecco has spent the time and energy to construct a trainer that can put the miles on dirt or pavement and still be stylish enough to wear out to dinner. The sole is a very interesting mix of soft flex grooves and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) Flex Web that provides flexibility in the sole and great traction. The… Full review
