Rossignol Super 7 HD

Retailers' Descriptions

Here's what other sites are saying:

There are only so many powder days, make sure you have the tools to enjoy them. The Super 7 HD incorporates heavy rocker in the front, camber underfoot and tail rocker create a platform for surfing powder, charging crud, and riding switch. The patented honeycomb "Air Tip" drastically reduces the tip and tail swing weight giving the ski a very agile pivot. This is the softest ski in the 7 series, the playful flex helps the ski rise and play on powder with responsive energy transfer. Whether bouncing through a backcountry powderstash or ripping a cliffed out fall line, the Super 7 is a stout powder farmer. The lightweight paulownia core gives the Super 7 HD a playful foundation that is energetic and responsive. Next, a carbon fiber and basalt matrix is used for the laminate instead of standard fiberglass. This adds torsional stiffness, dampens the ski and makes it more stable. The most notable feature of this ski is the Air Tip honeycomb tip, this patented feature is key to lowering the swingweight.
