5'8" 165lbs, 42 chest, 16 1/2 neck

Room for thin layer, base and thin fleece (Patag. R2). Neck fits well, room for fleece neck but not too roomy. A little bulkier than pic on this site. Check other sites for more realistic pics. May be a little heavier than counterparts but is more durable. Perfect jacket for early winter/early spring shoulder seasons. Great price on a quality piece.

Fabric: nylon ripstop
Fill: 650 down
Price Paid: $83

Found this jacket at REI on the outlet site. Picked it up as a good insulator for a winter trip. I am so glad that I did! It packs small and is super warm! Great quality materials and a solid non-snag zipper. Fits me like a glove!

I am very happy and you will be as well.

Price Paid: $69

Great value for a down jacket. I was worried at first that it wouldn't be warm enough for daily use in a windy part of Wyoming, but this jacket has kept me warm in every situation. I've been in a little bit of precipitation and the jacket repelled the water long enough to stay dry and warm.

Price Paid: $100

At 16oz, this is one warm jacket. Has kept me warm down to 0 Fahrenheit (have not had a chance to test it past that). Roomy fit for layering. Repels light rain well. Don’t leave home without it.

Price Paid: $90
