Vargo Titanium Travel Coffee Filter

Works well enough but it is fiddly and messy. Requires extra cups and by the time the hot water has passed through it did not produce the warmest cup of coffee I have ever drunk. I really like the idea of this in principle but in practise it was a little disappointing. It does the job of filtering fresh ground coffee but I soon found a few drawbacks so I am not sure this is a bit of kit I would use that often. There are better ways to make a fresh brew but some may like the fact this weighs a great… Full review

Klean Kanteen Insulated TKPro

The Insulated TKPro (25oz.) bottle from Klean Kanteen is everything an insulated bottle should be—durable to the max, well insulated, easy to pour, and comes with a comfortable cup. This bottle is a solid choice for those needing a solid insulated bottle. Conditions: I’ve used the 25 oz. Klean Kanteen Insulated TKPro (also comes in 16 oz. and 32 oz. options) for three months in the spring and summer, including during car camping adventures, a few fishing and deer scouting trips, and on a roadtrip. Sea to Summit Sigma Stainless Steel Pot

Similar to a previous comment...best feature is the worst by far. I will further support a previous review regarding the lock mechanism. I have to admit that the issue with the lock giving way is REALLY an issue. PLEASE POUR TO THE LEFT. I unfortunately had read this review before purchasing this, but then in classic fashion as I was pouring boiling water into my coffee I forgot the advice here, the lock mech gave away dumping boiling water on my foot. I had running shoes on and still suffered severe… Full review

UCO 6-Piece Mess Kit

UCO's 6-Piece Mess Kit packs all the tools needed for campsite dining into an easy to carry package. A bowl with tight fitting lid carries a collapsible cup inside. Outside the tether holding the lid onto the bowl secures UCO's 2-piece Switch Spork set. Great for front country use, but worth carrying on back country trips for folks who like to eat well in the wilderness.   The UCO 6-Piece Mess Kit as packaged for sale UCO continues to rethink and engineer outdoor gear with their 6-Piece Mess Kit. UCO Utility Spork 2-Pack with Tether

UCO labels it a "spork" but it isn't the often seen blending of spoon and fork. A fully functional spoon on one end and a fully functional fork on the other. The fork has a serrated edge for minor cutting. UCO sells these same sporks as a single item, but the two-pack comes with a handy tether to keep them together when not in use. Two colors for folks who want to keep track of which one is theirs. UCO has put two of their Utility Sporks together, literally, with an easy to use tether to keep the… Full review

Jetboil Grande Silicone Coffee Press

An easy-to-use, lightweight accessory for the Jetboil MiniMo and SUMO systems that makes delightful coffee. A regular sized option is also available for the Jetboil Flash, MicroMo, and Zip. The fine mesh press with silicone ring ensures grounds don't find their way into your cup. With this little accessory, you're well on your way to a great cup of coffee. What better way to start the day. Conditions:  I’ve utilized the Jetboil Silicone Grande Coffee Press probably 15-20 times over the last 3… Full review

GSI Outdoors Escape HS 3L Pot + Frypan

GSI paired a 3L collapsible nylon pot with a 9-inch frying pan to create a compact combo for folks who like to do some actual cooking in the outdoors. Hard anodized aluminum pot base and fry pan with a durable Teflon non-stick coating, plus the pot has a built in heatsink that really gets things boiling faster. Great for front country use. Those willing to carry a little weight will enjoy the benefits in the back country too, especially families or groups cooking together. The GSI Outdoors Escape… Full review

Morsel Spork XL

Absolutely love mine. Absolutely love mine. I use it daily when I'm home for less dishes even. Can cook and eat with it no problem. I've since ordered three of them. Only downside is it really isn't much of a knife and the rubber edge has cracked on one corner.  Full review

GSI Outdoors Halulite Minimalist Cookset

Very light and compact. This is probably my most frequently used bit of camping gear. I have made up a 'kit' using this, inside it I fit a 100g gas canister, a Soto Amicus stove, the pot gripper supplied, and a windproof lighter. An Optimus clip-on windshield fits snugly on the outside held on with an elastic band and then clips on to the gas canister when in use. What I end up with is a very light and compact setup that comes with me on most day trips and is compact enough to fit in a small daypack… Full review
