Really high quality and light running jacket. Can be used for other things, but it is sized in a way that may be uncomfortable to wear additional layers underneath.

Pros

  • Extremely light
  • Quality
  • Goretex
  • Adjustable
  • Good waterproofness

Cons

  • Running specific
  • No zip vents
  • No side pockets
  • Short hem

A very lightweight jacket that is waterproof. Comfortable, but as the other reviewer said the cut is a bit specific for running. Short, but would also be uncomfortable for additional layers underneath if going alpine climbing for instance, unless you get a size larger than normal.

The hood is adjustable with a drawcord on the back so it can be made snug. There are also thumb holes which are useful.

Mine is quite old and the seams are peeling and leaking, but that is after 10 years or so.

Note there are no side pockets or zip vents, the reason I ended up buying another jacket rather than seam taping and DWR-ing this one.

May be good for thru hiking ounce counters.

I used it every day in town, riding to work, alpine climbing, hiking, rock climbing... held up pretty well for something that light (220 gram).

Was quite expensive though.

Super light, waterproof and breathable; that's it. "THE" ideal backpacking rain and wind jacket for all kinds of run.

Rather short cutted, you need to choose one bigger size to wear what you usually buy. For example I usually buy XL. There I bought XXL to have equivalent to fit me well.

This is a Paclite Goretex jacket with a longer tail to protect the bottom. Fitted with water resistant zips, to open or close slowly to avoid blocking and a chin guard piece of tissue. A snap button down the rain guter. Under there is a flap to seal perfectly.

There is no underarms pit zips because the bright and cracking carbone inside coated protection breathes enough to avoid perspiration, but not for a long period of move effort; it might stick.

Very waterproof, I stayed dry. The ergonomic hood permit to turn the head tighter by a round elastic behind held by 3 tabs. Also one hole at cuffs to slide your thumb, funny! Original one transversal pocket. Two elastics sides hem lockers with one fluorescent triangle down front to be seen at night.

Exist in light blue, red lava, graphit. Find a small place in your bag and go. I appreciate very much it. Only one regret, it is the price but what a quality!!
