Bushcrafter Family

rated 5 of 5 stars Looked into getting a cheaper bushcraft knife that was full tang to compliment my Mora. At first hard to swallow the price, but this is S30V steel. This blade holds an edge like no other. Has a fantastic warranty and will not rust here on the Oregon coast. I bought this knife as a closeout. I previously purchased a couple of Moras that I absolutely love. But I as I got into the hobby of so called bushcraft—what I used to call camping recreation until it took off—I decided I wanted a full tang… Full review

Mini Griptilian Family

rated 5 of 5 stars Custom Mini-Griptilian (S30V): Well constructed, factory sharp knife. Handle gives good grip, and the opening hole (Pardue) is more comfortable than any other design. Purchased this through Benchmade's "custom" ordering process. The order was easy to specify precisely what blade, steel, and grips I wanted. Overall, the knife is light but well put together. It's sharp and the S30V steel will keep its edge longer over other steels. My only complaint is that the handle is not "open" to allow dust and… Full review

Lone Wolf Mini-Landslide

rated 5 of 5 stars One of the best folders you can get for $50. I bought this as a replacement for my ancient Swiss Army Knife, lost when moving a few years back. I wanted a decent-quality pocket knife for backpacking, mainly for emergency use, but also for cutting line if needed and for food preparation. I thought fifty bucks was a lot to spend for a pocket knife (since then I've learned you can easily pay upwards of $500-2000). But I went with this one because of good reviews of the Lone Wolf line of knives.  Lone… Full review

940 Osborne

rated 3.5 of 5 stars An excellent, lightweight knife with a reasonable blade length and a unique tip design. The 940 Osborne is great for everyday carry, and is best suited for light to medium duty jobs. Due to its narrow profile and subdued grip features, it is not intended for hard use. The lack of worthwhile jimping can also lead to your hand slipping forward when thrusting the blade. I would definitely recommend picking this knife up when it goes on sale, as it can be quite expensive at normal price. As it is lightweight… Full review

940 Osborne

rated 5 of 5 stars The 940BK is my EDC and is one of the finest blades I have ever seen or used. I have the blade sharpened to 25° and it's only needed to be sharpened once in all the time I have owned it. The first Osborn I owned was the 943SBK.  It was an outstanding knife that I used every day for about 7 or 8 years. I was so bummed when I lost it at a football game... really, really bummed.  But there were two things about the blade that I didn't like, so I fixed it when I bought this 940BK. The 943 blade is… Full review
