While most bags aspire to be lighter and more packable, the Marmot Kona 30 Sleeping Bag only gets comfier. Its thirty degree temperature rating is suitable for most places in the shoulder seasons, but the removable blanket keeps this bag comfy for summer evenings, too. On the warmest outings, you can even consider just bringing the blanket. Marmot made the hood extra large to fit big pillows to feel more like home. The Kona also features a unique zipper that wraps around the 3D-shaped footbox to make it easier to tuck the blanket in, and there's a second zipper that adds ventilation. Draft tubes cover both zippers to make sure you don't feel cool air when you don't want to. The Kona uses Marmot's innovative HL-ElixR insulation, which is a blend of three fibers in key areas to maximize warmth where needed and lofty comfort where wanted.
