EcoVessel The Perk 20oz

I have tried a variety of insulated mugs for our travels but wanted this one for the removable strainer so I could enjoy loose leaf tea while traveling and for this, it works very well. Everything you need to know about this product is indicated in the pros and cons above! Full review

Klean Kanteen Insulated TKPro

The Insulated TKPro (25oz.) bottle from Klean Kanteen is everything an insulated bottle should be—durable to the max, well insulated, easy to pour, and comes with a comfortable cup. This bottle is a solid choice for those needing a solid insulated bottle. Conditions: I’ve used the 25 oz. Klean Kanteen Insulated TKPro (also comes in 16 oz. and 32 oz. options) for three months in the spring and summer, including during car camping adventures, a few fishing and deer scouting trips, and on a roadtrip. Hydro Flask 40 oz Wide Mouth

A super durable, insulated water bottle that carries 40 fluid ounces (1.18L). When weight is a concern (i.e. long backpacking trips), I don’t take this along, but otherwise, it is with me wherever I go. Conditions:I’ve owned the Hydro Flask 40oz. Wide Mouth bottle for a year, using it to carry water for hiking trips, paddling trips, to the climbing gym, camping, and on road trips. Construction and Durability:The Hydro Flask 40oz Wide Mouth is a beast of a bottle. It’s made to last a lifetime… Full review

Hydro Flask 40 oz Wide Mouth

It looks great! This container is built to last forever, and looks fantastic. It keeps fluids fantastically warm, or cold. Now, the worst part of all, you can't hold it. I'm serious. This 40 oz., gorgeous bottle, appears to be powder coated on its outside finish. Have you ever tried to pick up, and hold, a full 40 oz. bottle that has a finish as slippery as a booger on a water slide? You can't, but I dare you to give it a try. Why Hydro didn't provide a porous outer shell, for a human hand to grip… Full review

Klean Kanteen 12oz Wide Insulated

Takes the prize for a pack-ready, sip-top insulted mug/bottle. The totally reliable seal opens with a twist, and the top disassembles easily for cleaning. Looks like it should take a lot of abuse. I am on a quest for the Holy Coffee Cup, and this one is getting pretty close. What I want is an insulated mug with a totally reliable seal that won't leak in my pack even if I take a 1,000-foot fall down a couloir, that can be opened for sipping with one mittened hand without having to find a place to… Full review

Avex Highland AUTOSEAL Stainless Travel Mug

While I love this product, I will never buy another Avex product because their customer service is worse than ZERO. I have bought more than 10 different Avex mugs since discovering them at the Outdoor Retailer show in Salt Lake City, and love them when they work. Then I had one ship with a defective lid before Christmas. I filed an online warranty request December 17 and have NEVER heard a word back other than the auto-reply that they would get back to me in 2-3 weeks. I've written two more times. Full review

Hydro Flask 40 oz Wide Mouth

Easily worth the purchase if you like to stay hydrated at home or work. It's a bit heavy for any kind of outdoor activity, but perfect to leave in the car for a nice cold or hot treat once you are back! I originally thought it was going to be too large, however, it's turned into my main water bottle during the day. It's easy to stay hydrated and Hydro Flask always stays cold or hot well longer than I anticipated. I have the grey color and it looks sharp! I've dropped it in a parking lot and just… Full review

Hydro Flask 18 oz Wide Mouth

Works well, but only when it works... I bought a Hydro Flask for the purpose of having a hot beverage with me on winter hikes. Initially, it worked well. My drinks were often so hot I could barely drink them. Less than one year after purchasing the Hydro Flask, I was up on Mt Jackson in 0 degree temps and the lid wouldn't open. I finally got it open and my drink seemed okay. I went to use it the next day on a long snowshoeing hike and when I tried to open it, it refused to open. My husband finally… Full review
