GoLite Chrome Dome Trekking Umbrella

I made sure to snag one when the Boulder-based outfitter was going out of business. I miss 'em! I've used my Chrome Dome in light rain, heavy rain, and bright sun. It seems like a perfectly designed product. Nothing innovative here, just sensible design. The bright side reflects the sun better than any other color, and the black lining provides maximum shade. Arcade Belts Midnighter Slim

Comfortable low profile elastic belt with easy to use buckle. Recommended. When using shorts or pants without a built-in belt a belt is often helpful. This belt is made of sturdy and comfortable synthetic elastic fabric, and has a low profile nylon/plastic clip buckle that is easy to close and open. The belt comes in a couple of widths. Swing Trek Liteflex Umbrella

These umbrellas actually keep you much cooler. It blocks the direct sun rays off you, thus cooler. As I said above, golfers use these same products all the time with great success. So if you are out in direct sun and you don't mind extra gear it's perfect. Go for it. Full review

Arcade Nomad Belt

Multi-adjustable, buckled stretchable belt keeps your pants up without being bulky. For years I have had a problem wearing a belt to keep my pants up while backpacking. With many of my hiking pants having belt loops rather than a built-in belt or elastic waist, I end up with a belt buckle right under my pack's waist buckle. Arc'teryx Conveyor Belt

Small is perfect for my 32" waist. On the stiff side and annoying to tighten. Insert belt through hole in buckle and then out second hole, pull belt tight at buckle and pull slack through second hole. I do have to make adjustments every so often. Full review
